About Your Coogee Electricians

Electricians Coogee looks after the wiring in beachside units, semis and old cottages, all of it under NSW Electrical Contractor Licence #452529C. You get a price in writing first, then work that meets AS/NZS 3000 every time.

Our Credentials and How We Earn Them

Anyone can say they are licensed. Below is what we actually hold, and what each line buys you once we are standing in your hallway.

  • Licensed and accredited. We work under NSW Electrical Contractor Licence #452529C and hold Master Electricians Australia membership. The licence sits on the public NSW register, so check it before you book anyone, us included.
  • Done to standard, then certified. Every circuit we touch follows the AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules, and notifiable electrical work gets a Certificate of Compliance lodged with NSW Fair Trading. That trail matters when you sell.
  • Premium gear, not cheap imports. Clipsal and Hager switchgear goes on the boards, and the light fittings are SAL or Beacon Lighting. Kit that still works in ten years is worth a few dollars more today.
  • Straight talk, fixed prices. You hear what the job needs and what it does not, in plain English. The price is agreed before any work starts.

Your Trusted Local Team in Coogee

You are not calling a switchboard operator in another state. A real person answers the phone, takes the details, and sends a reminder text the day before the van turns up.

The work splits into two kinds of address. There are the units and shop-top flats along the Coogee Bay Road strip, where the tricky part is often access and squaring things away with strata before anyone touches a board.

Then there are the older cottages and semis, where four owners have each added a circuit and nobody labelled a thing.

Both need the same approach: look properly, explain it without the jargon, then quote it. We are in these streets most weeks, from the bus routes along Arden Street to the clifftop end near Grant Reserve.

Drop sheets down and the place left tidy, every time. Not a call centre, not a franchise, and not somebody who has never seen a beachside semi before.

Ring (02) 9134 9029 and you will hear the difference inside a minute.

The Paperwork You Get, and When

Half the arguments in this trade start on paper, not on the tools. So here is the trail, in order.

  • Before we start. A free written quote covering labour, materials, GST and testing, plus the certificate on notifiable electrical work. Nothing gets added later for travel or parking.
  • While we are there. If we uncover something genuinely unforeseen behind a wall, we stop, show you, and re-quote it. You decide whether it goes ahead.
  • After we leave. Photos of what we did, a compliance report, and your guarantee certificate, all emailed through.

What We Guarantee on Every Visit

Every job carries the same three promises. Nothing is buried underneath them, so hold us to the lot.

A lifetime workmanship guarantee. Not twelve months. For life. We come back and fix it at no cost, and there is a 12-month product warranty over the gear as well.

A $50 gift voucher if we drop the ball. Tell us the service was not what we promised, and the voucher comes to you. No questions asked.

The place is left spotless, or a cleaner comes at our cost. Every job ends the same way: drop sheets down and the place left tidy. Miss a mess and we foot the bill for a professional clean.
